1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Axis Agent you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Axis Agent is a SaaS platform that runs AI agent-readiness audits against web properties and produces scored reports with remediation guidance. The service is provided by Axis Consulting, registered in Jersey, Channel Islands.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have authority to bind a business entity.
4. Acceptable Use
You may only submit URLs and domains that you own or have explicit written permission to test. You must not use the service to scan third-party properties without authorisation, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use scan results to harm the scanned property. Axis Consulting reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach this clause.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Axis Consulting may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Axis Consulting owns all rights to the service and its rubrics. Scan reports generated for your organisation are yours. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the service without a written agreement.
7. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to that policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". Axis Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you in any calendar month is capped at the fees you paid in that month.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jersey, with the parties also acknowledging the applicability of English common law principles where Jersey law is silent.
